We are very experienced case managers working with a wide variety of life changing injuries, ranging from spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury to amputations and other severe and complex orthopaedic injuries.
Our clients are people from every age range, including children, and from every ethnicity, work and social background. We have extensive experience of treating clients with complex social and psychiatric histories, and of varied educational attainment.
We all have
unique skills in organising housing adaptations and the provision of disability equipment.
We are specialists in rehabilitation and are experienced in working in a multi-disciplinary team with medical and paramedical professionals, social workers, Disability Employment Advisers, probation officers, mental health teams and employers.
We are experienced in liaising with solicitors and claims handlers from the insurance industry and have a good understanding of the litigation process in personal injury cases. We can act quickly to arrange funding and supply specialist equipment, arrange treatment, and address housing and care issues. We try to implement arrangements which will be suitable and sustainable for our clients in the future.
Our duty of care is to the client but we also try to take the needs and concerns of their family into account, in order to support them as they adjust to their new circumstances.
Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registration
